The DMU would like to claim a block in LV. it has a casino, a steakhouse, a garage and a gas station.

Hyp-r will get the steak house.
I will add the garage and the gasstation to S2H cars
and the casino will be managed by G-jar, but we all have a part in that. we will take care of our business there (both legal and less legal, maffia style) and it will be the DMU centre.

new DMU claims:

The farmish set of buildings where u meet woozie in single player
a house in bayside + 1 of those things u can tie boats to (already using this, not officially claimed yet)
the old GSA containership.
woozies place in SF
an old garage in northwest LV which will be demolished to build something else
